- The returned products must be in undamaged and unused condition, and they must be returned in their original packaging. If there is any depreciation in value because the item has been used in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, we reserve the right to hold you liable and may charge additional costs.
IMPORTANT: Please note that electronic items CANNOT be exchanged or returned.

The costs for returning a product are at your own expense. You are responsible for safely shipping the returned product via post. We strongly recommend sending the return package by registered mail to ensure secure and traceable shipping.

If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we will naturally cover the costs of the return shipment. However, if you have ordered an item that doesn't fit your scooter because you chose the wrong item, both the return costs and any shipping costs for the correct item will be your responsibility.

Please be aware that return shipments are always at your own risk. This means that RRscooters is not responsible for any damage to or loss of returned items during the shipping process. We strongly advise requesting a shipping receipt from the post office and keeping this proof until the refund for your return items has been processed correctly. This serves as evidence of your return shipment.
Refund:
Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we aim to process the refund amount within a maximum of 5 working days. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your order.
